Workforce Development at the Y is an important program that helps young people get started in the right direction in life.  Underprivileged teens and young adults, ages 14-21 who participate in the Y’s Workforce Development program have access to dynamic educational and vocational training resources—and create a stronger community workforce in the process. While they are acquiring work-readiness skills, participants are encouraged to explore their own career interests, receive training in high-demand careers and gain the confidence they need to become gainfully employed in our ever-changing job market.

We are always looking for companies who would like to participate as a training resource.  We have many successful stories which we can share to interested parties.  Help us change a deserving teen's life by giving them the opportunity to succeed.
